If you are a BlackFort BIZ LLC tipster, various personal data will be processed. Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly (e.g., by reference to an online identifier). This includes information such as name, address, telephone number and date of birth.

This privacy policy informs you—in accordance with Art. 12 et seq. GDPR—about the handling of your personal data when you work as a BlackFort BIZ LLC tipster. In particular, it explains what data we collect, what we use it for and on what legal basis each data‑processing activity takes place.

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).

Should a tipster obtain a management position within the BlackFort BIZ team—or wish to become a sponsor or manager—their name and contact details will be published and passed on within the team. The tipster’s data is also passed to the relevant organizational head (manager) so they can view data for the entire structure (downline).

This data processing is necessary to establish and execute the tipster contract, in particular to process commission payments and implement the sales structure. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Further processing purposes

Compliance with legal requirements – We process data to meet obligations such as commercial‑ or tax‑law retention periods. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

Enforcement / defence of legal claims & crime prevention – We process data to assert or defend legal claims and to prevent or prosecute offences. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Consent‑based processing – Where you have given consent (e.g., to receive information material), processing is based on that consent. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

Payment processing – Depending on the payment service you choose, we pass required payment data to the relevant institution or service provider to process payments. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

5. Duration of data storage

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose (see above). This includes contract‑initiation and contract‑performance periods. Data is deleted regularly unless temporary further processing is required for:

Fulfilment of statutory retention obligations, or

Preservation of evidence within statutory limitation periods.

6. Contact

If you contact us (e.g., via the contact form or email), the details you provide (e.g., name, email address) are stored to process your request and possible follow‑up questions. We do not pass this data to third parties. Requests and related data are generally stored for six months and then deleted unless follow‑up inquiries arise or processing for other purposes is required. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

We implement suitable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and ensure an appropriate level of security. This website uses SSL/TLS encryption; you can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock icon in your browser. Nevertheless, internet data transmission (e.g., email) can have security gaps; complete protection against third‑party access is impossible.
